TRIM VIRTUALLY ANY TYPE OF RESIN WITH OUR HEATED BLADE TECHNOLOGY
The model MTM 2025 and MTM 2225 spin trimmers are designed to trim “log” containers. These very high speed trimmers can handle over 300 containers per minute. Two pulley variable speed drive system with “V” guide timing belt allows for excellent control of the containers during the trimming process with no slippage on the drive pulleys. The stainless steel infeed chutes enable proper bottle spacing and positive feeding. Standard features include: Jam and incorrect trim detection system with light tower and audible alarm.
