THE LT 2012 HAS A 12” TUNNEL SIZE AND IS A DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR THE MOST POPULAR LECTROTREAT OF ALL TIME.
The LT 2012 takes up to 66% less floor space than the standard 12″ bulk LectroTreat. Even with its smaller footprint, it can achieve higher line speeds when compared to standard LectroTreats. The LT 2012 operates on a HV capacitor system that creates an oxidized cold plasma inside the plasma tunnel at atmospheric pressure. All parts pass through the tunnel on a continuous conveyor system. The LT 2012 produces a higher level of energy by supplying directional plasma in air; the directional plasma allows any part to be completely treated.
