DUAL BELT DRIVE SYSTEM FOR PRECISE BOTTLE TRIMMING AND BOTTLE DROP ORIENTATION

The model MTM 742R is a combination of durability and versatility. For spin trimming applications where bottle orientation is crucial, the 742R can provide fast and reliable trimming. The rugged tubular steel frame supports dual VFD controlled ½ HP motors and can handle difficult and a wide variety of materials (for PET material use MTM 740 or MTM 740E). Depending on the neck size of the container, the 742 can handle up to 150 containers per minute. The “Right-Hand” and “Left-Hand” feed versions of these variable speed trimmers come with a patented digital control heated blade.
